Scope: Radiation and Medical Oncology Alteration

Client: Chilton Hospital

Location: Pompton Plains, New Jersey

PDS was tasked to make major improvement initiative for Chilton Hospital’s Radiation Oncology and Medical Oncology programs. This first phase of the improvement project includes fitting out an existing vault with a new Varian Trilogy system with onboard imaging and respiratory gating. Also included in the scope of the work is renovation of the associated Control Room, Male and Female Sub-Waiting Rooms and Patient Changing and Toilet facilities.

Two expansive luminous back lit image panels are being installed to relieve the spatial pressure of this small vault. One panel is on the ceiling of the vault and another lines the maze passageway.
