Scope: Outpatient Infusion Center

Location: Pompton Plains, New Jersey

Conceptual planning exercise conducted with hospital to assess current shortfalls in patient service at their outpatient cancer care facility. Multiple options were prepared to address identified issues with particular focus on Medical Oncology & Infusion service.
